Message from Public Works: Roads & Spring Weather

On March 1^st the Load Restriction season began on all of the Township roads. Only 5 tonnes per axle until April 30^th. Farm equipment, feed trucks, milk trucks and emergency services are exempt. If you need to move heavy farm equipment please plan to do so in the early morning when the road is still frozen. If you have any questions please contact the Public works department

Spring is in the air! As the frost starts to come out of the roads the condition of the driving service may become wet, potholed or slippery. Please drive according to the conditions! Public Works will be continuously monitoring our roads and doing what we can to ensure they are safe to travel
