No Changes to ATV & ORV Rules on Municipal Roads

There have been no changes to the operation of ATV's and ORV's on Township of Blandford-Blenheim municipal roads

By-law 2223-2020 prohibits the operation of any all-terrain vehicle (ATV), off-road vehicle (ORV), multi-purpose off-highway utility vehicles, and recreational off-highway vehicles including motorized snow vehicle on municipal roads except for the purpose of cross-overs at a 90 degree angle

A set fine of $200.00 applies to all infractions of the by-law (per Section 61 of the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 33)
